An Austrian pumpkin seed oil producer faces possible legal action by pharmaceutical giant Pfizer, the producer of Viagra, over his product Styriagra.
Styriagra are chocolate-coated pumpkin seeds and they reportedly look too similar to the little blue pills.
Pfizer reportedly found the light blue glazed candies resembled its pill too much both in name and color.
The producer, Richard Mandl says he's registered the trademark for his product and claims it is just the combination of the words Styria, which is the Austrian province known for its pumpkin seed oil, and agra referring to agriculture and organic products.
Mandl says he chose blue because that's the only color he hasn't used for his chocolate coated seeds.
Pfizer reportedly is suing Mandl for up to $46,000 in damages and Mandl says he will go to court to defend his product.
